If I can take your business plan, 'steal it', and make a business out of it, what's that say about your business? Your business plan should be much more than 30 pages of information. Do not bring me a business plan to give investors if you want an NDA, they will eat you alive. Here is what Paul Azous, my boss says about NDAs:
