Thanks, Jan. Yeah, actually I think of PowerPoint slides as your backup rather than the foreground of the discussion. Slides matter a lot, don't get me wrong. But they are support. The individual needs to be the central figure in the discussion. Too many entrepreneurs hide behind their decks.

Excellent post Mark. So true, but I never realized it: the PowerPoint deck as a tool to kick start a discussion that somehow fails to take off by itself.
